I am currently a digital product designer at GG Studios working on digital transformations for small businesses. Previously at Microsoft, I worked on cross-platform applications ranging from mobile AR, HoloLens envisioning videos, application prototypes, and microsite creation tools for Dynamics 365 Sales.
I use empathy as a framework to lead teams and design successful product experiences. I believe that listening to understand can yield clever and elegant design solutions that empower people. In addition, practicing empathy allows me to create with equity in mind and build a product that focuses on the end-user while spreading the widest net possible to capture as many users as possible through accessible features, regardless of their background, ability, age, or economic standing.
